Screening the effects of solubility tags and their removal (detagging) with 3C protease on cell-free protein expression using the eProtein Discovery™ System
The ability to evaluate the effect of different solubility tags on protein expression and the impact of their removal can be done simultaneously on eProtein Discovery.
