Nuclera has developed eGene™ Prep Kits to rapidly convert your Gene of Interest into expression cassettes that are immediately compatible with eProtein Discovery™ reagents for Cell-Free Protein Synthesis (CFPS). CFPS utilizes linear DNAs (eGene™ constructs) as one of its ingredients to power the cell-free machinery to produce protein.
