Introducing the eProtein Discovery cartridge
The eProtein Discovery cartridge is a digital microfluidic-based cartridge powered by electrowetting-on-dielectric technology. Nanoliter-sized droplets can be programmed to move across the digital platform by changing electrical pulse sequences. The cartridge assembly creates an environment where aqueous droplets can be strategically split, moved, and merged to produce different reaction zones. The result: multiplex protein expression and purification screening in a small footprint, delivering hundreds of datapoints in 24 hours with minimal hands-on time.
