Charu has a wealth of experience in developing people-programs for many well known companies including Microsoft, American Express and PricewaterhouseCoopers as well as at various startups.
Alongside scaling the Nuclera team Charu is responsible for culture change, leadership development and compensation/ benefits.
In her spare time Charu enjoys studying the body, mind and spirit.
