Nuclera exists to remove uncertainty from protein science. As the pioneer of multiplex protein screening, we help researchers start with clarity, so ideas move faster to result. We believe access to your protein should be a certainty, not a gamble. eProtein Discovery™ is how we deliver on that promise, but our aim is bigger: to make protein access routine for every lab, accelerate breakthroughs in human health, and empower scientists to spend more time on discovery and less on delay.

Nuclera raises $600K in Seed funding led by angel investors.
2018
Nuclera raises $12M in Series A funding led by RT Partners.
2020
The British Business Bank and E Ink -- a Nuclera strategic partner -- invests $12M into Nuclera through the UK Future Fund.
2021
Nuclera acquires digital microfluidic intellectual property, equipment, and team from its strategic partner, E Ink, and opens its first subsidiary in Boston, Massachusetts.
2022
Nuclera raises a total of $58M in two rounds of Series B funding for eProtein Discovery.
2022
Nuclera team reaches 100-strong across US and UK sites.
2023
Nuclera opens new state-of-the-art 30k sqft global headquarters in Cambridge UK.
2024
Nuclera closes $75 million Series C round led by Elevage Medical Technologies.
