Accelerating Protein Production: Leveraging eProtein Discovery™ for Rapid Screening and Biophysical
Analysis in Drug Discovery
In this session, we’ll explore advanced methods in recombinant protein screening, scale-up, and biophysical analysis to streamline protein production workflows. We’ll discuss innovative technology that enables rapid, medium-throughput screening of recombinant proteins, assessing quality and functionality with speed and precision. By leveraging these tools, researchers can efficiently scale up protein production to meet the demands of diverse biophysical applications. Using eProtein Discovery’s integration with SPR binding analysis as an example, we’ll demonstrate how this approach can accelerate timelines and improve the workflow from initial screening to biophysical analysis, ultimately supporting drug discovery efforts with faster and more reliable protein data.
Roundtable discussion will explore how these proteins can be used in advanced biophysical techniques to unlock insights into molecular interactions and mechanisms. In this open table discussion experts will delve into the specific requirements for successful biophysical analysis, including the quantity, purity, and stability of proteins needed for different techniques.
